	HM500 HOT MELT SLOT COATING SYSTEM

The HM500 Hot Melt Slot Coating System for applying hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive to the silicone release carrier liner has proven to be the most cost effective method for applying presure Sensitive Adhesive (PSA). This method applies to a wide variety of paper and plastic substrates for integral label and card creation. The addition of the optional Timing Control Package allows intermittent PSA coating.

BASIC FEATURES:

• Continuous Coating Speeds: Up to 400fpm or 90 lbs./Hr.
• Intermittent Coating Speeds: Up to 250fpm (Optional)
• Minimum Interrupt Length at Maximum Line Speed of 250fpm: 1/4"
• Maximum Coating Width: 10" (18" Optional)
• Minimum Coating Width: 1"
• ITW 175 lb. Hopper with 8.55cc gear pump
• ITW 10" Mod-Plus Slot-Die Head with 10 feed hose
• Adjustable Form Flo Slot coating Head mounting interface
• Web cooling package
