	SM500 SHEETER MODULE

The Sheeter Module SM500 is a unique Form Flo design for variable sheeting of single or multiple webs with gap-out capability. The SM 500 is available with mechanical or electronic drive cut-off head for unlimited variable sheeting. Gap-out E-Bars are available for gap-out sizes of 1/8", 1/4", and 1/3" which allows you to cut DIN A4 portrait and landscape sheets. An optional gap-out crimp unit is available to produce cut-sets from stack. Web directions left to right or right to left.

BASIC FEATURES:

• 14" circumferential cutoff cylinder designed for 2 around cutting
with .297", .250", and .125" gap out inserts E-channel
• Crush type cut with 2 Tamarack quick change blade holders
• 17" circumference hardened anvil cylinder with scraper blade
• Pull roller with adjustable nip wheels or double tractor infeed
• Pneumatic activated center and edge slitting with trim disposal blower and motor
• High speeds takeaway belt section with set thickness adjustment
• Stop wheels with air actuated deflector rods
• Creeper delivery table
• Electronic counter for batch separation
• Master/follower drive with one encoder assembly
• Operator interface with jog/stop/E-stop/run controls
