The Sheeter Module SM750 is a unique Form Flo design for variable sheeting of a single web. The SM750 is available with a mechanical gear driven cut-off head for variable sheeting. The SM750S is the shear type cut sheeter. Web directions left to right or right to left.

BASIC FEATURES:
•  Cutoff sizes: 7" - 22"
•  Maximum web width: 20"
•  Minimum web width: 6"
•  Maximum mechanical cutoff speed: 750fpm
•  Stand-alone and/or follower drive for press, collator, etc.

BASIC EQUIPMENT:
•  22" circumference cutoff cylinder, designed for 2 around cutting
•  Shear type cut with hardened knives
•  Hardened fixed lower knife
•  Advance and retard function
•  Pull roller with mechanically adjustable nip wheels or pin tractor infeed
•  Pneumatic activated center and edge slitting with trim disposal blower and motor
•  Vacuum high speed takeaway belt section
•  Creeper delivery table 8 feed
•  Electronic counter for batch separation
•  Master/follower drive with one encoder assembly
•  Operator interface with jog/stop/E-stop/run controls
•  Vacuum motor
•  Portable mounting includes heavy duty casters
