CF1000 Folder – provides sustained high speed prodictivity and uniform product flow for difficult form constructions such as data mailers.
The SlideAway mount allows changeovers between continuous and cut set production in less than 10 minutes.

28" Unwind – with pneumatic dancer activated braking and micro adjustable feed rollers provide exceptional control for delivering the web onto the pins.

40" or 50" Unwind Stands – provide exceptional stability for long run productivity. Heavy duty construction allows the addition of In-Line converting of Value Added features entering the pin band.

Macrowave Drying –  increases productivity for glued forms while reducing tinting characteristics.
Increase revenues with Value Added forms production for mailers and envelopes with one pass efficiency. Vertical or horizontal dryer mounting options are available.

Glue Applicators – apply pressure sensitive heat resealable and remoistenable glue for a wide variety of Value Added forms constructions. The F300 pin band design allows straight through glue application for envelopes, mailers, and material affixing.
