Form Flo recently installed a redesigned AVPRO™ HS500 Dual Label Applicator. which can apply up to 1500 labels or clean release cards per minute in sizes from 1" by 1" up to 8" by 8" at very tight tolerances. Labels or clean release cards can be applied two-wide or multiple labels per form/repeat at web speeds up to 600 feet per minute at a registration accuracy of +/- .0039".
The HS500 Dual Label Applicator can be installed Offline or Inline with a press or collator as shown in the pictures at the left.      -- (more)
